Built for multi-location shops
Run every bay, every rooftop, from one screen.
ShopOwl is the operating layer above your shop management system. CRM, online booking, customer messaging, loaner fleet, payments, and owner-level reporting — one login, one bill, one source of truth across every location.

The stack tax
Four vendors to run one shop.
Most shops end up paying four companies to do work that belongs in one system — and paying again, in staff time, every time those systems disagree with each other.
- Customer CRM & retentionseparate login, separate bill
- Online booking widgetrequests land in a different inbox
- Marketing analyticsnumbers that never match the shop's
- Loaner fleet trackinga spreadsheet and a paper contract
One platform, one customer record, one set of numbers. Every rooftop rolls up to the same dashboard, and every screen respects the same permissions.

The platform
Everything the front counter touches.
Eight modules that share one customer record, one permission model, and one set of numbers — so an advisor, a manager, and an owner are all looking at the same thing.
Customer & vehicle CRM
One profile per customer, with every vehicle, visit, message, and note attached to it.
- Search by name, phone, email, plate, VIN, or vehicle
- Exact-time history across appointments, orders, and messages
- Consent, tasks, and internal notes on the record
Online booking
Take appointment requests straight from your website and route them to the right rooftop.
- Embeddable widget and a WordPress plugin
- Per-location hours, services, and capacity
- Requests land in the same queue your advisors already work
Messaging & campaigns
Two-way texting with customers, plus segmented campaigns and automated follow-up.
- Threaded conversations tied to the customer record
- Consent and opt-out enforced before anything sends
- Segments, scheduled campaigns, and reminder automations
Loaner fleet
Vehicles, reservations, and signed contracts tracked in the same system as the repair.
- Vehicle roster, availability, and conflict-free reservations
- Contract generation with signed PDF on file
- Overdue alerts and configurable document retention
Reporting & KPIs
The owner numbers that usually take a week to assemble, current as of this morning.
- Owner financials, ticket mix, five-week trend, team performance
- Marketing attribution from first touch to closed ticket
- Goal tracking per rooftop, with CSV export
Payments
Send a payment request, collect it, and keep the evidence attached to the ticket.
- Stripe-backed payment requests with expiry
- Automatic reconciliation against the repair order
- Subscription and entitlement handling built in
AI assistant
An assistant grounded in your shop's own documents and policies — not the open internet.
- Answers from sources you control and can audit
- Customer-level context for advisors on the counter
- Financial observations surfaced against your own data
Accounting handoff
Close the month without re-keying anything into the books.
- Batched exports ready for your accounting package
- Downloadable, dated, and reproducible
- Retention and audit trail on every batch
How it works
Live in three steps, not three quarters.
- 01
We connect your shop
Onboarding is guided, not self-serve. We create your account, add each rooftop, and connect your shop management system so ShopOwl starts with your real customers and vehicles — not an empty database.
- 02
Your team gets scoped access
Invite advisors, technicians, and managers with a role and a location. People see the rooftops they work at and the actions their role allows. Access reviews and an audit trail come standard.
- 03
The counter runs on one screen
Bookings arrive, messages thread, loaners go out, payments come in, and the owner dashboard updates as it happens. No exports between vendors, no reconciling two sets of numbers.
Integrations
It fits around what you already run.
ShopOwl is the layer above your shop management system, not a replacement for it. Nothing here asks you to migrate your history or retrain your technicians on a new ticket screen.
- System of record
Shop management system
Tekmetric stays the system of record. ShopOwl syncs customers, vehicles, and repair orders over webhooks and never fights it for authority.
- Stripe
Payments
Stripe handles payment requests, subscriptions, and entitlements. Card data never touches ShopOwl.
- Twilio
Messaging
Twilio carries two-way SMS, with delivery status and consent state written back to the customer record.
- QuickBooks
Accounting
Export batches formatted for QuickBooks, so month-end close does not start with re-keying.
- Widget · WordPress
Your website
A booking widget you can drop onto any page, plus a WordPress plugin for shops already running one.
- GA4 · Google Ads
Marketing analytics
GA4 and Ads data joined to real repair orders, so attribution ends at revenue instead of at a click.
Integrations are provisioned per account during onboarding. Which connections are live for your shop is confirmed before you go live — a screen existing in ShopOwl never means an integration is switched on for you by default.
Trust
Built for a business that holds customer records.
You are keeping names, phone numbers, vehicles, signed documents, and payment history. The controls for that are part of the foundation here, not a feature tier.
Tenant isolation at the database
Every account's data is separated by row-level security in Postgres, enforced below the application — not by a filter someone can forget to write.
Location-scoped access
Staff are granted specific rooftops. The active location boundary applies to search, reports, messaging, and exports alike.
Roles and invitations
Owners and admins invite staff with a role, set scope, deactivate accounts, and run periodic access reviews from one screen.
Audit trail
Sensitive actions are recorded so you can answer who changed what, and when, without reconstructing it from memory.
Communication consent
Consent is tracked per customer and per channel, and checked before a message sends. Opt-outs are honored system-wide.
Retention you configure
Signed contracts, evidence, and knowledge sources follow retention policies you set, with scheduled cleanup rather than manual deletion.
FAQ
The questions owners actually ask.
Do we have to leave our current shop management system?
No. Your shop management system stays the system of record for repair orders and invoicing. ShopOwl syncs with it and adds the layer around it — CRM, booking, messaging, loaners, reporting — so your technicians keep working the ticket screen they already know.
Does it handle more than one location?
Multi-location is the foundation, not an upgrade. Each rooftop has its own hours, booking settings, staff, and goals, and every report can be read per location or rolled up across all of them.
Can staff be limited to one shop?
Yes. Access is granted by role and by rooftop. An advisor scoped to one location sees that location's customers, bookings, messages, and reports — the boundary applies to exports too.
How do we get started?
Onboarding is admin-assisted. We provision your account and rooftops, connect your integrations, verify the data flowing in, and invite your first owner or admin, who then invites the rest of the team.
What about texting compliance?
Consent is stored per customer and per channel, and it is checked before anything sends. Opt-outs are honored across conversations and campaigns alike, and the consent state is visible on the customer record.
Can we get our data out?
Yes. Customers, reports, and accounting batches all export to CSV, and you can request a full export of your account's data at any time while your subscription is active.
What does it cost?
Pricing is per account and depends on how many rooftops you run and which integrations you need. Get in touch and we will put a number in front of you before any onboarding work starts.
How do we cancel?
You can cancel at any time — see the Cancellation & Refunds policy for notice, billing-period, and data-export terms.
Already running ShopOwl?
